Angelo Grasso è nato a Milano il 17 Marzo 1953. A 17 anni, durante gli studi, ha inziato a collaborare al lavoro della Gelateria di famiglia , divenendo interessato e appassionato della scienza alimentare.
Quattro anni più tardi ha inziatoa lavorare come consulente per punti vendita di Gelato in Italia e all'estero. A 30 anni ha condotto il suo primo corso di Gelato Artigianale per gelatieri alla Camera di Commericio di Varese, iniziando così la sua carrera come insegnante.
Da allora ha condotto più di 400 corsi base e specializzati per artigiani nel campo del Gelato. I corsi sono stati patrocinati da associazioni artigiane, aziende, da scuole alberghiere della Comunità Europea e da operatori commerciali del settore.
Ha pubblicato manuali sulla prduzione del Gelato artigianale e ora sta collaboranfo con un alcune riviste specializzate. Questo è il suo quarto libro.
